By including all of the details of sessions, reservation numbers etc, links to the facilitators guide directly to the pages. You reduce the risk from last minute interuptions, lost information and the organisor not being available (e.g. I had gastro on the day retreat started, but I didn’t need to panic as I knew all the relevant info was in this agenda.)
