<aside> 💡 In the planning stage,

  1. I like to do a 20 minute interview with key stakeholders (e.g. Founders, CEO, Leadership team) to understand what they think the purpose, outcomes and some session/activity ideas of the retreat should be.
  2. I also ask each team member what they would like to see at retreat (this is typically in a survey format).
  3. Then once I have chatted with all relevant stakeholders, I provide a summary view of the purpose and outcomes to present back and finalise with the key stakeholders. This is often a pretty free-wheeling page, dumping all the different ideas and inspiration and research before it can be crystallised into the agenda page.
