<aside> 💡 I have a hard rule about no “lecture” style sessions at out retreats. Any information that can be shared as a lecture and/or presentation can be provided as a pre-read before the retreat. Workshops and brainstorming sessions are more powerful if a pre-read is provided, as it makes sure everyone is on the same page before you start and you can dig right in. Try using toggle headings and a contents page to make it easier to digest and reference against the retreat agenda.
